32mm x 275mm Deep Machined PSE Whitewood is a wide, planed softwood section designed for door linings, stair strings, and other internal joinery applications where a deep face and precise finished thickness are required.

The term “Deep Machined” refers to the significant reduction between the nominal and finished thickness. This timber is supplied at a 32mm nominal thickness and machined down to approximately 22mm finished thickness, producing a premium-quality section with excellent accuracy, consistency, and surface finish. This deeper machining process results in a cleaner, more refined board that is easier to fit and finish.

Manufactured from selected whitewood and planed on all four sides, this PSE timber offers straightness, smooth faces, and square edges, making it ideal for visible internal joinery work.

Typical uses include deep door linings, stair strings, window reveals, boxing-in, casings, and bespoke interior joinery, particularly in renovation projects or where wider wall constructions require additional face width without excessive bulk.

Whitewood is easy to cut, machine, and fix, making it suitable for both professional joiners and confident DIY users.

Supplied untreated, this timber is ready to be painted, stained, or varnished to suit your interior finish. Intended for internal use only or protected environments.
