Click & Collect allows you to order online and collect your items from our timber yard at a time that suits you.

It’s ideal for customers who want to secure stock online and collect locally, whether you’re a trade customer working to a schedule or a homeowner collecting materials for a project.

How Click & Collect Works

  1. Place your order online
    Select Click & Collect at checkout and complete your payment online.

  2. Order processing
    Your order will be picked by our team. Larger or mixed orders may take longer to prepare.

  3. Ready for collection notification
    You will receive an email or text when your order is ready to collect.
    Please do not travel to collect until you have received this confirmation.

  4. Collect from our yard
    Bring your order confirmation with you. Collection is during our normal opening hours.

Cutting & Preparation

If you have requested cutting:

  • Cutting may be completed when you arrive, not always in advance

  • This allows our team to confirm sizes with you and avoid errors

  • Please allow extra time during busy periods

Cutting is provided as a convenience service and is carried out to the measurements supplied by you.

What to Bring With You

  • Your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone)

  • Photo ID may be requested for high-value orders

  • A suitable vehicle for the size and weight of your order

Please ensure your vehicle is appropriate for the materials being collected.

Collection Times & Busy Periods

Click & Collect is available during our normal opening hours.

During peak trade hours:

  • There may be short waiting times

  • Large or complex orders may take longer to load

  • Cutting services may be subject to queueing

We appreciate your patience during busy periods.

Checking Your Order

You are responsible for checking:

  • Quantities

  • Sizes

  • Condition of goods

Please raise any issues before leaving the yard, as we may be unable to resolve queries once materials have been taken away.

Important Information

  • Orders must be paid in full before collection

  • Orders are prepared based on the information you provide

  • Custom, cut or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once prepared

  • We strongly recommend not booking tradespeople until materials have been collected and checked

Trade Customers

Trade customers are welcome to use Click & Collect.

Please note:

  • Orders are supplied on a business-to-business basis where applicable

  • Materials are subject to standard industry tolerances

  • Natural timber variation is normal and not considered a defect
