📦 Courier Delivery for Smaller & Lighter Items
Due to increasing national demand for our products, we use a range of trusted third-party delivery partners to help complete certain orders efficiently across the UK.
For clarity, we use the term Courier Delivery to describe lightweight parcel-style services. This delivery option is suitable for smaller, lighter items only and is not intended for heavy or bulky construction timber.

📦 Courier Delivery
Courier delivery is used for:

Smaller timber products

Trim, beadings and door linings (where suitable)

Hardware, fixings and accessories
Items eligible for courier delivery will be clearly labelled on the product page, either by text or an icon.
🪵 Heavy & Bulky Timber
Large, heavy or bulky items — such as construction timber and long structural materials — are not suitable for standard courier networks.
These items are delivered using specialist timber carriers or our own vehicles, depending on location.

📍 Nationwide Courier Coverage
Our courier partners provide UK-wide coverage, subject to size and weight limits within their networks.
We’ve expanded our courier options to allow for longer length deliveries, meaning we can now offer courier delivery on selected goods up to 6 metres in length, where appropriate.
Please note:

Not all timber products are suitable for courier delivery, even if they appear short or lightweight

Suitability depends on packaging, fragility and handling requirements
All eligible products will be clearly marked on the website.
⚠ Courier Eligibility at Checkout
In rare cases, courier delivery may appear as an option at checkout for items that are later found to be unsuitable for courier transport.
If this happens:

We will contact you to discuss an alternative delivery method

If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, the order will be cancelled and a full refund issued
This ensures goods are delivered safely and correctly, rather than forced through an unsuitable service.

Courier delivery pricing depends on several factors, including:

Because of this, it would be inaccurate to list fixed courier prices on this page.

⏱ Courier Delivery Times
Many couriers offer next-day services, however:

We cannot always guarantee same-day dispatch

All courier deliveries are sold as 2–3 working day delivery
Where possible, we will always aim to dispatch orders sooner.
