Pre-Finished Walnut Faced Door Frame Lining Kit provides a premium, ready-to-install solution for internal door openings where a rich, contemporary timber finish is required. Featuring crown cut American Black Walnut veneer, this lining delivers deep colour, refined grain, and a high-end aesthetic without the need for on-site finishing.

Supplied pre-finished, the walnut face offers a consistent factory-applied finish, saving installation time while ensuring a professional, uniform appearance across all components. The natural warmth and contrast of walnut make this lining an excellent choice for modern interiors, feature doors, and statement spaces.

Constructed with a high-density particleboard (PB) core, the lining offers excellent dimensional stability and resistance to twisting or warping. Each kit includes a removable door stop, allowing the door to be hung first and the stop fitted afterwards for a cleaner, more accurate finish.

Where fire performance is required, the fire-rated frame option includes LP1504 intumescent fire seal, making it suitable for use with applicable internal fire door installations when fitted in line with manufacturer guidance.

The doorjamb set is designed to cover both sides of the door opening, providing a neat, complete frame that integrates seamlessly with modern interior finishes.
