Manufactured using crown cut American White Oak veneer, the visible faces provide the warmth and character of real oak with a uniform grain pattern. The lining is supplied pre-finished, removing the need for staining or varnishing and ensuring a consistent finish across all components.

The core is made from high-density particleboard, offering excellent dimensional stability and resistance to warping or twisting over time. Each kit includes a removable door stop, allowing the door to be hung first and the stop fitted afterwards for a cleaner, more accurate finish.

Where fire performance is required, the fire-rated frame option includes LP1504 intumescent fire seal, making it suitable for use in applicable internal fire door installations (subject to correct door, hardware, and installation method).

The doorjamb set is designed to cover both sides of the door opening, creating a neat, complete frame suitable for modern interior finishes.
