MDF Shadow Gap Shiplap Wall Paneling

MDF Shadow Gap Shiplap Wall Panelling is a modern, precision-machined interior wall panelling system designed to create clean lines and a contemporary shadow-gap finish. Fully machined in-house by Nottage Joinery Ltd, each board is made to order, allowing for small dimensional adjustments where required to suit your project.

Unlike traditional shiplap, this system features a seamless butt joint, allowing boards to be stacked end-to-end with no visible joint. Once filled and painted, the joint becomes virtually invisible thanks to the accuracy of our machining. This clever design means our 1.2m kits can be used across full wall widths, avoiding the need for costly long-length shipping while still achieving a continuous, high-end finish.

Each board has a 125mm visible face with a 6mm shadow gap, providing a total coverage of 131mm per board. The consistent spacing creates strong vertical or horizontal lines, making this panelling ideal for feature walls, media walls, bedrooms, staircases, hallways, and contemporary living spaces.

Coverage guide:

• 1.2m kits cover approximately 1.10m²

• 2.4m kits cover approximately 2.20m²

• For an average wall height of 2.4m, you will require 19 boards high

Each pack contains 7 boards of the selected length.

Supplied un-primed in raw MDF, ready for preparation and painting. The white finish shown in images is for illustration purposes only and demonstrates the appearance once painted.
