Delivery Information

Our fleet of delivery vehicles regularly covers most CF, NP, and SA postcodes on a weekly basis. Most items listed on this website are eligible for delivery via our local service, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Help Us Deliver Efficiently

To ensure we can deliver as many orders as possible with our small but dedicated team, we ask all customers to provide the following at the time of ordering:

  • Accurate delivery address: Include the full address with house name or number and postcode. Missing information can delay your order and cause missed delivery slots.
  • Contact phone number: Please provide a mobile number and, if possible, a landline — especially useful in areas with poor signal. This does not need to match the billing phone number.
  • Additional delivery instructions: Let us know about narrow lanes, low bridges, gates or restricted access. If access is not possible and no prior instructions are provided, redelivery charges may apply.
  • What3Words (optional): If your address is difficult to find using SatNav, consider adding a What3Words location to help our drivers. This is not required for every order, but highly recommended if you’ve had issues in the past.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and order size. Some postcode areas may qualify for free delivery when the order value exceeds a certain threshold.

If no delivery option is available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll provide a quote manually.

Click & Collect

If you prefer to collect your order, select Click & Collect at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready and provide collection details.

  • Collections are available during normal yard opening hours
  • Some made-to-order items may require additional lead time
  • Bring your order confirmation when collecting

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Curbside delivery only: Our drivers will deliver to the nearest publicly accessible curbside. At their discretion, they may help place goods in a driveway or other area outside the property threshold, but they are not permitted to enter the property.
  • Delivery contact: Our drivers will attempt to call before arrival. If no arrangement can be made, goods will be returned to our yard. Failed deliveries may be subject to additional charges.
  • Estimated delivery times: All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery timeframes are based on current routes and capacity. For more details, please see our Delivery Time Frames page.
  • Inspect deliveries immediately: Upon delivery, check your order for any damage or missing items. For help, please see our Missing & Damaged Goods page.

Important Notice

Delivery dates may be impacted by stock availability, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delivery date given by a member of staff, whether in person, by phone, or by email, is an estimate only and not a guarantee.

Please do not book tradespeople or begin works based on an estimated delivery date. We cannot be held liable for costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.

  • Can I choose my delivery day?
    We will try to accommodate requests, but delivery dates are scheduled based on your area and current routes.
  • Will I be contacted before delivery?
    Yes, our drivers aim to call ahead on the day of delivery.
  • Do I need to be home?
    We recommend someone be available, but you can leave delivery instructions at checkout. We are not liable for goods left unattended.
  • Can I return items delivered by mistake?
    Yes, but items must be in original condition. Please contact us within 48 hours.
  • Do you deliver to building sites?
    Yes, but ensure access is safe, clear and someone is present to accept delivery.
