  • A photo or sample for matching work (where possible)

300+ Profile Cutters (Catalogue In Progress)

We’re currently digitising our full cutter library to build a complete profile catalogue. Until that’s finished, the quickest way to confirm availability and lead times is to contact our team with your requirements. If you’re matching an existing profile, a clear photo and measurements (or a physical sample) helps us advise quickly.

Need a quote? Send your profile details, sizes, quantities and preferred timber. We’ll confirm options and advise on the most practical approach.

Machining FAQs

Can you match an existing skirting or architrave?

In many cases, yes. If you can provide a clear photo with measurements or a physical sample, we can advise whether a match is possible and the best route to achieve it.

Do you machine for trade customers?

Yes — we support trade and professional customers with repeat supply and consistent runs of profiles and components.

What sizes and timber types can you machine?

We machine softwoods, hardwoods and selected engineered timbers. Suitability depends on the profile, finished size and use-case, so we’ll confirm this when quoting.

Do I need to choose a profile online?

Not necessarily. We’re digitising our catalogue, but the fastest option is to contact us with your requirements for advice and a quote.
