How our delivery works

We deliver two ways, depending on what you order and where you are.

Local delivery: South Wales

We deliver across SA, CF and NP postcodes on our own vehicles, with routes planned weekly.

  • Covers everything we sell, including heavy and bulky construction timber.
  • Cost is based on your postcode, distance and order value.
  • Free on local orders over £100.
  • Stocked items usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days.
  • Bespoke, machined or cut-to-size items can take up to 14 working days.
  • Kerbside delivery, Monday to Friday.

Nationwide delivery: selected items

We also ship smaller, lighter items UK-wide by courier.

  • Eligible items include door linings, mantels, trim, beadings, hardware and fixings.
  • Each eligible product has its own courier rate, based on size and weight, shown at checkout.
  • If an item can be sent nationwide, it is clearly labelled on the product page.
  • Heavy or long structural timber cannot go by courier and stays on local delivery.

Out-of-area bulky timber: by quote

Need bulky or machined timber delivered outside South Wales? We can arrange it with specialist timber carriers by quote. Get in touch and we will price it for you.
