Trade Account Features

To log in, click the account icon at the top right of the page. If it's your first time using the new site, you may need to reset your password or request account linking by contacting websales@nottagetimber.co.uk.

Yes – once logged in, go to the account dashboard and select 'Invoice History' or 'Statements' to view your documents.

Go to your account dashboard, select 'Make a Payment', and choose which invoices you'd like to pay.

Yes, eligible trade customers can charge online orders to their credit accounts, subject to credit limits and account status.

Try adjusting the date range or job filters in the invoice view. If you're still having trouble, email us at websales@nottagetimber.co.uk.

Yes – we still have access to the old system for a limited time. Contact us with your account or invoice number and we'll send a copy.

Stock and Ordering

Not yet – we're adding products daily. If you can’t find something, please get in touch.

Some items haven't been uploaded to the new system yet, but we’re working through them.

Yes – all product availability is synced directly with our ERP and updates in real time.

Stock levels are updated live and reflect current availability across our business.

Click & Collect / Delivery

Our Click & Collect process is now faster and easier to use. You’ll receive collection updates and can manage your collection preferences online.

Select 'Click & Collect' when choosing your delivery method. You'll be notified when your order is ready.

Yes – after placing your order, you’ll receive a message with collection details and time options.

Yes, we continue to deliver locally to SA, CF and NP postcodes.

Accounts & Website Changes

Yes – due to the new system, all users must register a new account. We can link your trade account manually after setup.

Old website accounts have not been transferred, but we can assist with information retrieval.

No – the old login system has been retired. You’ll need to set up a new account.

Unfortunately, quotes and saved carts were not carried over to the new site.

Using the New Website

We’ve added real-time stock, trade account management, easier navigation, and mobile-friendly design.

Use the search bar at the top of every page. You can also filter results by category, stock, or supplier.

Yes – use the 'Add to Favourites' feature when viewing a product. You can access favourites from your account.

Yes – the new design is fully responsive and works well on all modern devices.
